Daubert in the Circuits

    An effort is made to include all relevant federal appellate decisions issued on or after January 1, 2000.  Please notify the webmaster if you believe a pertinent decision has been overlooked.  Decisions are listed in reverse chronological order within each circuit.  Links are generally to official court websites or to university sites offering opinion archives.  Many federal appellate decisions are also available, for free, at findlaw.com and lexisone.com.
