New Study Links Cell Phone Use to Brain Tumors

Numerous press sources are reporting on a new Swedish study linking heavy cell phone usage to a 240% increase in the risk of a malignant brain tumor on the side of the head where the phone is used.

From the abstract, it seems as if this is a classic case of 'cherry picking' the data.

The abstract simply recites that it's a pooled analysis, and then gives some odds ratios and confidence intervals. So the basis for saying it's a "classic case of 'cherry picking' the data" seems obscure.
